Postage and packing: Our postage and packing costs are calculated per order (rather than per item) and are costed to reflect the weight of our products. Unfortunately we do not control the price of delivery.

Postage and packing is free to those who live in the LU7, MK3 and MK17 postcode areas. We will therefore reimburse postage and packing costs using paypal to those who live in this area. Alternatively, if you e-mail us with your order we can bring a selection of plants to your door to choose from and we can accept cash payment at your door.

All products are despatched as soon as possible, though at certain peak times of the year, there may be a delay of up to two weeks.
