Terms and Conditions

Seed: All seed is of true native origin. However, seed is intended for domestic garden use only and should not be sown in the wild, where natural habitat regeneration should be allowed to occur.

Trees and shrubs: All trees and shrubs are native species, though unfortunately we cannot always guarantee that they are of true native origin. Like the seed, the trees and shrubs are intended for domestic garden use only and should not be planted in the wild. Please note that some trees and shrubs have thorns. This is one of the reasons why they are attractive to wildlife! We recommend using gardening gloves when handling. We cannot be held responsible for injuries caused.

How to order: Seed, and trees and shrubs can be purchased through our website, using the 'add to cart' buttons on our online shop pages. We use paypal to ensure on-line payment security. You do not need a paypal account. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice, but will normally hold on an annual basis.

Postage and packing: Our postage and packing costs are calculated per order (rather than per item) and are costed to reflect the weight of our products:

Postage and packing is free to those who live in th LU7, MK3 and MK17 postcode areas. We will therefore reimburse upon delivery the postage and packing costs to those who live in these areas. Alternatively,if you e-mail us with your order we can bring a selection of plants to your door to choose from and we can accept cash payment at your door.

All products are despatched as soon as possible, though at certain peak times of the year, there may be a delay of up to two weeks.

Warranty: All products are of high quality and are sent out in good condition. If you are dissatisfied on receipt of goods we shall refund your money if the goods are returned properly packed within 3 days of receipt. However in accordance with the custom of the seed and tree trade, we can give no warranty as to the productiveness of any seed or trees and shrubs purchased, which will be influenced by storage conditions after delivery, and site conditions and care after sowing.
